Default Trex Spinning out of control

I had a major high speed crash with my Trex SE. Had to replace , main & tail rotor blades, landing skid, main shaft, T arm for tail pitch control where ball link & control rod join. When I get just about enough RPM to lift off. It goes crazy in a fast anticlockwise uncontrolable fast tail spin. I have broken the centre tail control rod holder just under the horizontal stab, so as a short term solution I've used some wire about the tail boom to help hold it up. I have to mail order the tail control rod holder (below horizontal stab) but want to know if its possible that something else is wrong with it, so I can order everything at once.

What are other areas I should be looking at relating to this problem?

Would it be possible to be a gyro problem? How ncan you test if a gyro is ok or not?
Belt problem, not enough rpm at the tail?

Thanks for the help.

Default RE: Trex Spinning out of control

Figured it out. Had to flick the reverse switch on the gyro. I had installed a new servo so guess I've connected it reversed.
