Default couple questions from the experienced......

ok. i got a spectrum radio setup and i was wondering what everyone who is using this radio set up is using for pitch curves. any advice for a good starting point.
second question, what gyro is a good one? i am using a 401 and i think its good but not sure.
next question, i seem to be able to fly this heli just fine but i get all confused on the radio settings. this may sound ridiculous but i want to copy the settings somebody else has on a trex 450 se that has it flying good. because mine want to drift left real bad and it pitches to the rear real bad and then when i throttle up real fast it does a 90 degree spin. whats with that?
