What do you have your Gyro mounted to? I want to move mine off the top of the boom before it gets smacked by the paddles.

I prefer 1 2 1 2 3 I've seen people get battery problems with mid protection. maybe cause its pretty cold here.

I noticed you used the DX7 receiver. Nice to know it fits. Is that the best place for the secondary receiver, right between the ESC, battery, and motor? Or are you testing the spektrum's glitch proofing?

Not realy testing. I just like it there, looks clean. I have not had one glitch with this setup. I could mount the rx to the motor if I wanted to. The days of glitches are over !!! Ive been real happy with the dx7 moving from a optic 6.

the orange braided wire sleving actualy came from xoxide.com http://www.xoxide.com/vawislkituvr.html .
It is uv reactive so if i get good enough for night flying it should look cool.
I had some left over from my computer build. I gota get some pics of the bird with uv lights on her.

Thanks everyone for the nice coments..... I just ordered a T-REX 600, that iI will probably build the same way.

Did you only need that one package from Oxide ?

I was thinking of doing my comp case like yours when i break down and buy a Thermaltake Armor...maybe water cooling if it's not too expensive
