Default ugly flip = twisted paddle

ok, here's the deal. i went to try my first flip the other day and it was very ugly. im not even sure if you could say i was actually inverted or not, that ugly. anyways, after two attemps i noticed my rex was not flying right, so i fought with it to bring it in and landed. apparently one of my paddles had twisted on the flybar about -45 degrees. this is obviously why my first flip was so ugly. but my question now is this, should i loctite or ca the paddles in place or should they fit tight enough not to do that in the first place?
