there isnt a rtf version. they are all kits. more artf's. you need to supply radio gear. they already come with a motor and speed controller though. but you will need a battery, charger, transmitter, reciever, 3 servo's for cyclic, a gyro pluss rudder servo and some tools to put it together

Here's your best bet. Still it's more than your budget but it's a good heli at a good price.
I use Copter X parts on mine and they are extremely good parts. Really tough and really cheap. Two things you rarely find together.

You won't be able to get a T-Rex in the air for $310 unless you have a tx, rx, battery (w/charger), servos and a gyro already.

T-rex 450S is $229 at Hobbypeople. Recently it was on sale for $189. I think that is as cheap as it gets. If you can't build it yourself, you shouldn't be flying it. Unlike the rest of western civilization, RC helicopters are not a plug and play world!

I am not sure if getting something from RC-Expert is always a good thing. I have not ordered anything from them personally, however I have read a lot on the threads here that does not always speak of them in a good light. Take a look at this thread ( http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_30..._1/key_/tm.htm ) and make up your own mind. Keep looking, there is a place out there where I found a RTF T-Rex, and I will put the site up tomorrow as the link is not on this PC. I also have found a [link=http://www.e-fliterc.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=EFLH1400]RTF E-Flight Blade 400[/link], this might be something that you might want to check into. It is the same size as a T-Rex, and comes with lots of extra's. This might help some if cash is a problem.

AMainHobbies has the SA with motor and esc for like 209

But you still need atleast one 75 dollar battery, a lipo charger, 3 servos, a gyro and tail rotor servo, a reciever and transmitter, the assecories alone would exceede your budget.

I managed to get a new Trex 450s complete package on ebay for only $370 including p+p from hong kong to the uk, with a reasonable set up (futaba 6exh, telebee gyro 2200mah lipo that sorta thing) But it wasnt RTF as its unasembled.
From what i could find it was the best deal around.. So my advice would be to search auctions from reputable sellers and you might get lucky
(as my rex is set to arrive in a few days, i cant' tell you about the quality of the set up, but for $370 all inclusive i couldnt care less)
