Default s185 for 450 tail?

Ok so I did it I broke down I ordered a trex 450s Gf kit coudnt take it anymore. Also ordered 3 hs65hb servos for the collective. Already have a Telebee for the tail. So what tail servo now. I have about taxed my poor bank account to the max so what I good affordable servo for the tail. A friend is running a hs55 on his and it seems to hold good but has anyone tried the Jr S185 on the tail. Speed looks great but is it enought torque at 13oz at 6v?

I know a good budget servo would be a TowerPro SG90, they are around $9 bucks each and hold up pretty well. Or another popular one available at more LHS's would be the Hitec HS-81MG.

I have a TowerPro on my bro's 450 XL converted to 450 S and it holds it's own pretty damn well and performs nicely with the Telebee gyro.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have those same servos on my Honey bee king 2 and seem to do the job but was afraid they would be to slow for the tail. But I may have to give them a try. Also have 2 more of them in my xpd-8 plane.

Nah, they are fine for the tail ... I mean as long as you aren't doing crazy 3d or anything but for piro's and FF and basic maneuvers they will suffice.
