Easy question: t-rex sa or se V2?
Big price difference, just pay the bux for the already installed upgrades or ... ? Do-it-myself as time goes by and things get broken??
At this time, I am having more good than bad days on the sim.

First I sold the Blade 400 and then started comparing what comes with each 450 T-Rex version. I don't think there's any way you could buy something other than the SE V2 and upgrade it to what comes with the V2 for the difference in price. i.e. it's got all the goodies already with the heli, nothing to do but put it together and start considering what crash replacement parts might be good to have on hand...

I do think one of the guys who mentioned it's a good idea to build your own has a point. While the SE V2 comes about 80% assembled, you'll learn a lot about puttin 'em together and the setup. I've not got mine finished yet as I've had issues with several of my planks.... but the Finless Bob videos and what one finds on the various forums such as this one are a really valuable asset.
Go for the SE V2!
