Default What is the average cost of a t-rex 600 esp crash?

Hi I'm looking at buying a t-rex 600 esp and am curios how much the average crash costs and if the nitro equivalent is cheaper in a crash.

David it depends on the crash,if you fly Electric and its a serious crash and the Battery , ESC and RX battery is damage well its more expensive then Nitro.
If its a less serious crash well I would say its probably the same cost.
Just my opinion

Yep, just depends on what you break. Could be flybar, blades and boom, could be a couple hundred bucks.

A friend just piled in the 600CF for about 10 feet. After figuring parts cost we figured might as well buy a new kit. Sell off some of the electronics and parts he didn't need on E Bay. Mike

One of the big determining factors is making sure you hit throttle hold before you hit or as fast as you can to keep it from beating itself into pieces on the ground.

I've had two crashes with my CF 600. 1. Clipped a tree ( I hate it when they reach out and grab my Heli ) Blades, main shaft, and flybar. 2. Two much RPM on a set of woodies blade fail about 20' off the ground , looked like the Heli exploded. Blades ,flybar, 1 linkage, Kong 5000 pack ,tail boom , canopy,ESC, LCD Pannel on my egale tree,Tail boom, Main Gear, tail drive gear, tail gear, skids, feathering shaft. Over $400 I just ordered the last part today.
