Help with figuring out what to do with Align ESC
 

Who do I need to call and try and get a bad ESC replaced? Been looking, didnt see anything, and the LHS says I am on my own. So, if thats the case, looks like I will be mail ordering for now on [8D]

But anyways, its a new ESC, sure would like it fixed or replaced from Align, so any numbers I can start with to call??

I think there is a US office, but I can't remember the number. They have a website you might see if you can find. What you shouldn't do is try to call their main office in Hong Kong or wherever. Tried that, hit 2 for English and whatnot, got put on hold for like 10 minutes, never got anyone, and on the hold line there was talking in Chinese, not English. That sure was productive, never got to talk to anyone, and got stuck with a $20 phone bill. [:@][:@][:@]
