Align esc problem??

how many setting are in the align RCE-BL25G esc??heres the manual http://www.align.com.tw/html/en/assembly/rce-bl25ge.htm .I was told it only has 4 settings but the manual says 5.When I try and set it up,it only gos through 4 settings.Im a noob and need to know if its 4 or 5.Can someone help me out please..

your esc is fine as i said at helifreak the older ones only go to 4

That is good to know. I probably have an older one, too. What settings are best for strating out with the T-rex, just for hovering and learning flight, no intentional 3D. TIA, Doc
