Head adjustment?

I have a real quick question as it's kept my bird on the ground for fear of loss of control and the fact that I did lose control. I spent an extreme amount of time IMO aligning the head and making sure all the bars were level, pitches were right and all that fun stuff. I measured form the top of the frame to each of the centers of the screws even! I watched the Finless vids and whatnot, but I still have an issue where the bird wants to lean right on takeoff. I got brave one day and took it off the ground (previously I was compensating for the lean by giving it left stick). Upon takeoff and hovering I still found myself sticking left to keep it from rolling over. Eventually the Heli went far right and I dropped it so I didn't kill someone. Bent the main shaft and the blades slammed into the tail boom bending it quite efficiently after flopping around for a few turns.

Could this be that my head still isn't lined up right? I even tried to adjust my DX7's trim to the left a few notches but it still didn't work. I'm pretty sure I'm not right heavy as everything is centered as much as I could (less wires).

What can I check?

It does sound like somethings not level in the swash/head. But keep in mind, a heli's natural tendency is to lean on takeoff....you don't want to use trim to counter that however.

Could you post picutures of your heli? In particular the head and swash?

RE: Head adjustment?

It's currently in pieces . When I get my spare parts and get it all assembled again I'll do another test run and see if it still does it then post pictures. I figured I'd find if there was anything I could do before I put her all back together. I'm assuming I'll have to align it all again with the new mainshaft, so maybe that will correct it.
