Saito 200Ti RPM, props, fuel?

My Saito 200Ti is taking a long time to break in. The best prop I've tried so far is a MA classic 16x10 and all I'm getting is around 8500 RPM on 15% Omega. Since its mounted on a warbird I am looking for a good mix of power and speed.
Has anybody tried 25% Omega or 30% Heli fuel in this motor?
How about some prop/RPM readings?

I don't oun this Saito but I think I would try a APC 18X8. Below 9000 rpm it would give scale flight speed and good pull thru large loops and rolls keeping the top level speed to around 70 MPH when unloaded. Peronally I would stay with the 15% nitro for now and see how it does. Take your time with break in and the engine will last longer. Typically Saitos require several gallons to reach peak performance and lowest idle but are very flyable after about a gallon. My little 91 has well over 5 cases and runs really well. Never run it lean and keep an eye on the individual cylinder head temps as Will Robinson will tell you and it should last many hours. Keep us posted, that engine looks KOOL!

The motor has a couple of gallons of fuel through it but it is still on the break-in curve and runs noticably better each time I take the plane out. I've broken in two Saito 100's so I know it takes a while, but this 200Ti seems to be taking much longer than the singles do for some reason.
I started with an APC 18x6. Peak RPM on the ground was only 8000 RPM and it did not seem to unload in flight at all. In fact it seemed to "load up" and slow down during turns and when I pointed the nose up. After several scary flights this way I tried an APC 17x8. This prop gave a little more RPM, better flight speed and good enough performance to pull through loops OK. But it still did not pull the plane along with authority.
The MA 16x10 gives similar performance to the 17x8 with a little more speed which feels/seems more natural for the warbird (H9 150 P51 Mustang). But as I said earlier peak RPM on the ground is only 8500.
I am running on-board glow and even with this turned off there is no longer a tendency to drop a cylinder. The idle is perfect. I've adjusted the valves, tried different plugs etc with no noticable difference in top-end performance. But it does seem to run a bit stronger eact time I take it to the field, so I am not absolutely convinced that there is something wrong with it. My plan is to put another couple of gallons of 15% through it and see what happens. And if peak RPMs don't reach toward 9000 with the small prop I will then send it to Horizon to see what they have to say.

Here's an update on my 200Ti. After a couple more gallons of fuel I am now getting an honest on-the-ground reading of 9000 RPM with the MA Classic 16x10 and 30% heli fuel.
I'm still not convinced that the engine is fully broken in yet. But it is running sooo much better.
I'll try a tank of 15% again and see if there is a noticeable difference.

I am running a 3 blade bolly with 5 inch spinner 17.5 x 10 started out only 6200 rpm was very concerned
it is now at 8300rpm after 2gallons of 5% fuel

I have also found that this motor takes for ever to run in , but have it in a 120 Ultra Stick Lite and find APC
16x14 and 17x12 pattern props to be the best option. It staggers around the sky on a MA 18x6.

I'm getting 8000 RPM with a Dynathrust 18 X 8.
Fuel economy improved 70% over glow ignition with the same 15% Cool Power glow fuel.
I'm only burning a smidgeon over 1 oz of 15% Cool Power glow fuel per minute at WOT with CDI.
With glow ignition I was burning over 1.7 oz of 15% Cool Power per minute at WOT.
I'm getting 8000 RPM with a Dynathrust 18 X 8.

Normal improvement is in the neighborhood of 20-25%.
CDI on a Saito single cylinder will improve user friendliness exponentially.
