Default TX850 won't charge through charge jack

Bax, I m using a Hydrimax 2000 4.8 nimh pack. The included charger stays green, never turns red to indicate charging. I tried my Accucycle Elite and I get a message saying the battery circuit is open. The tx switch is "off". I have also tried the Hobbico field charger and different charge leads. The only way I can charge is to remove the battery from the tx. I am using Futaba charge leads. Each of the chargers will beep and shut down.

How did it work with the stock battery pack?

I have tried several battery packs, including the stock pack. None will charge through the jack and get same error message that the circuit is open.

Something's wrong with the transmitter, then. It needs to come into the service center to be checked out.
