Default AnyLink2 and Futaba FG

I have a Tactic 850 that works beautifully. I also have a "Gold" Futaba 7FG on 6 meters. It is FM not PCM. Anybody know if its "round" 'trainer' socket is compatible? Will the AnyLink2 work? The socket has 5 peripheral female sockets plus 1 center socket ie 6 total. It certainly looks Fut/Hitech. I have never had the 'trainer cable'.

What do you think? TIA!

Carl

'Compatible'................. meaning, will the "FG" function with the "AnyLink2"?

Since the AnyLink2 has not been tested with systems that old, we'd have no way to comment. However, if you have a modern Futaba transmitter, the round-to-mini connector will allow those to work, so you might be able to use the AnyLink2 if you can get it properly connected. Please realize that we haven't tested with systems that old, and there most likely will not be any such testing done with the Tactic development team, since those transmitters went out of production a few decades ago.
