I want to use ch 5 for a" ignition off" module. I assigned a switch to switch the module from off to on.. the end points for the ch 5 are both set to 100%. What should they be set to ?

You have to adjust the endpoints so that your module works properly. That's something we don't have an answer for because they're all different.
