Motor won't run

I have the TTx650 and I'm using a Heads Up RC 22 amp esc. I've evidently missed something in the setup but I'm not sure what because the esc will beep at me and the motor will twitch but not run. Any ideas?

I didn't have the throttle wire in the correct slot. Go figure.
