Default Lunchbox direct fit brushless esc & Motor

So I was digging around in some old boxes at my parents from 15 years ago and found an almost perfect Lunchbox that I had as a shelf queen during my schooling. I'm wondering if there is a direct bolt-in kit that converts to brushless motor and ESC. I'm not going to trash it, but simply put er on the pavement a few times to strech her legs, but why not give her an update. Thanks
Chris

Pretty much any standard 540 size brushless motor will fit.
Somewhere around a 13.5t or 3300kv should give you a good increase in speed. Nothing crazy, but a noticeable improvement.

I installed a Tacon 4420kv with a ESC also bought at Hobbypartz which both came out to around 75 dollars. The Lunchbox is holding up just fine to my surprise and the speed increase is  a blast. Hobbypartz has some great prices as well as great service. Been buying 5000mah 7.4 lipos from them for 22 buks which is what i run in the Lunchbox and have had zero problems with either.
