Default Tamiya Monster Beetle: My 2009 Edition

So, here is the Tamiya Monster Beetle, originally. 4 oil coil over shocks, mechanical speed control, rear wheel drive, 540 electric brushed motor.

Here is my rendition. Ok, I was bored and needed inspiration for my new Beetle body. So, I looked to the past for my paint scheme. Here is my updated version of the Monster Beetle. 8 oil coil over shocks, all wheel drive, 2-speed transmission, dual Force 26 engines. I used the proline stickers to emulate the monster beetle stickers.

Thanks... I think I am going to do a little bar with the KC lights across the front like the original. Plus it will help fill in that gap between the body and the chassis.

Very nice.. I agree with you, you should definately put something in there to fill the gap up front. I definately don't think I'd go anything like the original. Though if you brought that chrome up front and made a nice brush gaurd with the kc lights, I dont think there'd be a single flaw.
