Blackfoot Xtreme upgrades

i have a blackfoot xtreme that i got for my birthday two or three years ago. i have bashed it up pretty badly. but now i am looking for better replacement parts for it.
the things i would like to replace are
-motor (needs to be waterproof)
-shocks
-wheels (some sort of all terrain tread)
-ESC (Waterproof)

i already have a waterproof Futaba radio system that still works fine.
does anyone have any reccomendations for me??
i would like to keep it relitively cheap as well.

ESC-the Traxxas xl5(waterproof version) is a popular choice
Shocks-without getting a shock tower extender the longest shock that will fit are the front shocks for a duratrax exb or bx(buggy versions). With most extenders, standard 4" shock will fit
wheels-There are a lot of good tires out there by companies like imex, proline, hpi, etc. I'm having good luck running Imex G hawgs on my BF Xtreme.
