MGT .21 wheelies
anybody have an MGT .21 that does wheelies?
if so please post a pic or a vid and tell how you got it to do wheelies.
mine does but i don't have a wheely bar, so they are ahort one but still fun.

Mine has a Picco on it and doesn't wheelie much. Only when I get traction and thats not often! It'll fly with the Picco!

my MGT still has the stock .21 that i modded myself and i've looked everywhere and haven't found a stock .21 or modded for that matter that pulls wheelies. seen some .28 ones and not all of those wheely either.

P3 .28 I have the RC Solutions roll cage and my GT weighs right around 15 lbs. The stock .21 would not pull a wheelie nor would the Picco. I sent three Picco .28's to tib's to be modded. Ones in the GT. I have just over about a gallon thru it and now I can pull a wheelie not on demand just yet. I haven't had much time to enjoy my my new engines this past year. Still not fully broken in yet. Winters here in Texas are quite mild hopfully things will slow down at work. I hope to get some play time soon.

as for on demand wheelies it is kinda, depends on if i let it idle for too long, then it loads up a little and gets minorly boggy but a couple stabs on the throttle clears it up quick.
just wish i had a wheely bar to keep it from flipping.

my bad after reading....ThisminiMGTwheelies all day.I used the clutch bell from hpi rs4 2spd.Im not sure of the gearing .INTEGY 3 shoe for revo,and a XTM 24.7

i've made some changes to my mgt since i started this thread.
now it has a modded hpi s25 and a rollcage on it now and still pulls wheelies.

ur welcome. i cant beleive ur .21 can do wheelies mine cant. only my 8.0 n my 4.6 what mods did u do?
n yeah my bad i thoght that was an 8.0 cuz of the tires n its got a cooling head on it so....

opened up the exhaust prot by 1.5mm
and opened up the intake window by not quite 2.5mm
that with port and polish
