4 channel mod and brake spring tubing
Can someone explain more about how to perform the 4 channel mod and show pics of what everyone is talking about when they say they replace the brake spring with tubing? I'm fairly new to rc cars, switched over from planes, and I got a good deal on the MGT 8.0. I have done a lot of reading but Im trying to find out more info on the 4 channel mod. I found a link but it didnt really tell me much. Can someone explain? And what is the mod to change the braking spring to tubing? Not sure I understand?

yes, i think increased turning response. i suggest buying a new steering servo ASAP. Something similar or better than the [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXRWS9&P=ML]Futaba S9452[/link]

Mate the servo you linked is pretty expensive and has low torque, I'd suggest buying this http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...17sec_52g.html, I have one and its really good, and compared to the Fubata one its way cheaper and has more torque but is slower, but you dont need it to be as fast as the Fubata unless you're racing.

Whatever you can afford at the moment, go for it. The #1 important thing to me is weight every little counts. The servo provides a outstanding balance between speed and torque, sorry i go based on experience. I love that .11sec
