Default mgt gearing

Hi all, after fitting 40 series rims & low profile tyres i't's too low geared. poor old engine , what pinion/spur combo will get it back to a good gearing where it's not reving it's ring out. It's great for short track stuff but even then it's too low geared. mines the mta-4 4.6 with an os.30vg ,
