mgt 8.0 help
So working on a friends mgt 8.0, so I was taking the clutch shoes off to shave them down. While taking them I'm off, I bent a flat head screw driver while prying them off because they was so stuck. Destroyed the nylon spacer in the process. Should I just get a new spacer and continue with shaving the shoes, or would they need to replaced?

Get a new spacer, clean out the posts and holes until the flop freely, as long as they have material before they hit the springs they should be cleanable. They tend to get stiff on the posts which burns them up.
