RE: My Monster MGT's
Thanks, however the pipe setup was done by the previous owner (bought it used)...... Its actually pretty cool, most of the smoke comes out the first pipe, and if I full throttle it some will come out the second....... I really like how the 4.6 is setup from the previous owner, and I plan on trying to do something similar to my 3.0

I love the 3.0 , it was my first rc that I bought brand new, and learned how to break in and tune myself.......... This thing has been through alot of bashing, and still stands strong........

Yeah the pipe is cool but I actually took it off......... I ended up having problems with it after running it for a little bit...... I run my nitro's pretty rich since I'm new to rc's and I don't want to risk leaning it out to much and causing damage to the engines faster........ The problem was since I was running rich and the pipe setup was pointing up it wasn't allowing the fuel to escape the pipe like it should, basically it was getting all backed up in the pipe causing the fuel line that goes into the pipe to get clogged up and not run right............ Maybe later on when I get tuning down I'll put it back on and see how it runs..............
Oh and the pipes are made from copper, the previous owner of the rc was the one that actually made it..........

On your 4.6 technically your tires are on backwards the treads pointing the wrong way.. i dont think it would make much of a difference being its an rc truck and not a real car, but after working at a tire shop for a few years i notice random things lol

RE: My Monster MGT's
hey man nice pipes but u could put your pipes back on and drill a small hole at the bottom so that the oil and fuel would have a way to get out of the pipes this should take care of that because i pain on making sum pipe like that for my 3.0 and i was go put a small fit in on the bottom so i could add fuel to route the fuel away from my truck and brakes
