Stab servo suggestion
Hi Don,
I'm looking for a good servo to place in the stabs of my new pattern model.
I came accross to a JR DS 3201, its specs are the following: 4.0 Kg.cm, 0.22s / 60 deg (at 4.8V). It seems a good servo, right power, low weight and dimensions: the problem is that it is a bit slow, compared for example with Futaba 9650 (0.14 s / 60 deg @ 4.8V).
In your opinion, it can be good or I better consider a faster servo? Is elevator speed important for pattern flying?
Thank you very much for your answer!

RE: Stab servo suggestion
I've been flying the 9411's in the stab with excellent results. These servos have very good centering and power. I do have some of the smaller JR servos but could not get them in the plane before the NATS, however others have used them with good results as I understand.
Be sure to use control arms that provide a reasonable arm/horn length. This is so you keep the ATV around 100percent (vs. 130 percent for example).
