incidence setup for showtime 50
Mike can you tell me what the incidence settings are, in the design of your showtime 50? Maybe some other examples for different types of flying?

RE: incidence setup for showtime 50
Thanks mike that is what I thought it should be. Found the elevator halves out of sink. Corrected the problem and the plane flies much better. Another small problem on take-off the plane doesn't want to pull up until you apply considerable elevator then pops off. I changed the tail wheel and this raised it some thinking of using taller landing gear or bigger wheels. You think this will help with that problem.

RE: incidence setup for showtime 50
Mike,
Is the 0-0-0 incidence setup the same for the Showtime-90? From my first few flights I can tell this plane will be a blast, but it currently has some nasty tendancies. A check of the incidence shows quite the mess (everything is different wrt thrust line) especially on the the horizontal stab. Horizontal stabs are different left to right by a couple degrees as well as the main wing panels off from each other by 2+ degrees. When finally trimmed out, I have left aileron input of nearly 1/2" (measured on the trailing edges). Seems all of the aluminum spar holes were drilled at angles too and the pin holes are off in the fuse. I think the Showtime is worth spending the time on to get it setup right.
Thanks for your input in advance,
Bryon
