Help with H9 33% Edge 540 CG
 

Mike,

I recently purchased a H9 33% Edge 540 and have installed a DA85 with JTec pitts muffler.

I was wondering if you could help clarify the recommended CG of this airplane. I have been thru all the posts here on your forum and have become completely confused.

The manual that came with the plane and the online manual both call for it between 6" to 6-3/4" from the leading edge.

Then I saw where you said it should be 1/8" forward of the recomennded CG at 5-7/8".

Then I found where you recommend it to be between 5" to 5-1/4" from the leading edge.

What do you recommend for a CG?

Hi Jim,

To be honest I dont remember the number. Havent flown the Edge for several years. Look at the dates of the two posts I made and follow the later one.
