Summary

Ctrl-v: Works in all windows but during editing it does NOT have the link characteristics until the post is "OK'd".

Hyperlink: works in all windows<br type="_moz"/>

OK - one final try using an embedded command ...

Now THAT's how it's supposed to look for the DARN hyperlink button!
