Default Wrong fly bar ? R-50 V-2

Replacing a bent fly bar on a 50 V-2. Hex bushings are in the arms, and I lined up the set screw, and slid through the see saw bearings and it came out the other side, went to install other arm and set screw on other side and I got a quarter inch of slop ?
Did I get the wrong flybar ?
This isan`t my first time replacing one of these. May be they sent one for a 90 ?
I was gonna make my own flat spots but I know what will happen
.Am I missing something?
Anyone have a spare laying around for a measurement ?
Thank`s.

FWIW, I use the Hirobo 50 flybars w/o flat spots. Just measure everything and tighten it down.

The flat spots put a slight bow on the flybar when tightened.
