30v2 Tail Rod Guide Replacement
So everyone, the following is a first for me: How do you replace the tail rod guides without tearing the boom apart? I don't want this to happen again, so has someone seen some cnc type guides that will screw on instead of having to remove parts to slide new ones on? If there is an easy way to replace the plastic ones, or some kind of DIY guides that someone has come up with, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for pointing the EZ rods out, never seen them before. I would probably use them as a field repair. Do not know if I would leave them on the bird for any long period of time.
As for the raptor's rod guides, there is no way around it. You either take the whole thing off the frames, or try to take off just the tail rotor part. Either way, you are taking off a lot of parts.

Oh come on.
Remove 2 screws and loosen 3 others is too much work?
1- remove H stab (2 screws)
2- Disconnect tail push rod (1 set screw)
3- Loosen boom holder (2 bolts)
4- Push boom in, slide belt down, pull out. Done.
