Default Porposing

I have a Raptor SE that has been sitting for two years. Went through the airframe and all electronics and all appeared to be fine. Took it too the field today for a test flight and once into a hover it started to porpoise. Thinking it was a low head speed
I increased the speed and lifted off back into a hover. It seemed to fix the problem however when I went into forward flight the problem returned. Can someone point me in the right direction to correct this problem?
