I just got this raptor from a friend. Almost new. I tried staying and had some engine failure. It seems the engine doesn't want to mount up to mounting holes. If I force it as it was. The crank shaft hits and rides on the back plate. I have a crack in the 39s back plate now. Why won't the engine fit.

Using a washer between the engine and the fan?

5 years later.. LMAO .. need pictures. the 39 should fit perfectly. maybe the wrong mount? no need in doing squat to the backplate. Should slide right up into the clutch bell and bolt in.
