Fitting raptor 30 muffler.
I have just got my one piece muffler (pv0102) I was just wondeing if there is anything special I need too know about fitting it. i.e how tight do the bolts need to be and do I need any thread sealent on the bolts aswell as the spring washers provided.

Clean the engine exhaust flange and the flange on the muffler. Use a little 5 minute or 15 minute epoxy glue as sealant. Smear some of the epoxy into the threads on the muffler. Tighten bolts hard while epoxy is still wet - but not hard enough to strip out the threads.
Check after first flight.
