Default Raptor 60 clutch bell too tight?

I have just replaced my clutch bell with a new TT bell on a OS 70, the problem is, the clutch does not turn freely in the bell. In fact, the starter can not turn the engine over with out turning the blades, it appears that the liner is too thick. Any one have a solution to this one with out just replacing the bell with a new one. The bell is a new TT part that came with liner installed.

The clutch itself might be sprung, I always replace the clutch when I replace the liner.

You either have a high spot on the liner or (more likely) your clutch is spread out to the dimensions of the old and worn liner. Bending the clutch shoes lasts about 20 seconds then its back to dragging so I'd go ahead and replace the clutch.

Thanks guys, the clutch was slightly spung and I will change it out for a new one, there are just no shortcuts in this miserable game.
