Hi, I'm just starting to build my raptor 30 and I put the pins in the a arms but I don't see why they wouldnt just fall out. They are in fairly tight but I just wanted to check for sure. Thanks for your input!

They will stay. Surprisingly. Make sure you lock tite any thing that is metal to metal. Ask me how I know that 150 dollar mistake

Here is a little trick for piece of mind. Drill a very small hole in each side of the grey colored seesaw. Then when the pins are in put a dab of epoxy in each hole. Also make sure you fit the a-arms to the pins. You want them to pivot freely on the pins, not sloppy or tight just moove very freely and smooth. You may have to remove some material from the inside of the a -arms to get the clearance or even run a small drill bit through them. This is what really makes a difference in how a helicopter flies. You would not belive the difference when you take the time to make everything work super smooth as compared to just assembling it.[8D]

When you upgrade to metal head parts, they will have different pins with c clips that go on them. I'm not a fan of the unsecured pin either.

Read the Titan review in the magazine section and the EVO review, both discuss the techniques with pictures on how to make sure thats all pivoting freely w/o slop. Its worth the time it takes to do it right.
