It seems like some of you guys use Hysol Epoxy for everything except brushing your teeth ! It also seems as if you think it is a great epoxy that's superior to any other. Nothing but great comments about it in the build threads. I would like to try this product, but looking it up on the computer shows several "part numbers" for a variety of the Hysol Epoxy that is available. Can anyone advise me which is the one that is so popular with modelers ? Any convenient place to order from ? Looking forward to using it. Thanks much. 'buff

Hysol 9462 available from either of my sources, McMaster Carr or DreamWorks. BVM has their own variety but still a Hysol product. Mostly used by jet builders because we deal with a lot of composites. Don't waste it on balsa since glues like water based Elmers and Titebond will suffice.

I listed the McMaster item numbers for the dispensing gun, tip, and the Hysol E-20HP (20 min. working time) here:

I use Hysol 9462 (item 6430A33) if I need more working time...
