Unhappy Klass Kote epoxy primer

I read in some resent forum that Klass Kote makes a yellow primer. Now this is a good thing since most any yellow paint topcoats require several coats since they don't cover very well. I contacted Klass Kote and found that they do make the yellow primer but it is unfortunately only available in 1/2 and 1 gallon cans. Tough luck. ' buff

Yellows reds and oranges are always a challenge to get a good even coat without using a ton of paint,, the best thing I've found is making sure you have a perfect solid white primer coat,, and I mean "solid" white,, any little mark or thin spot will show through the yellow.

good luck

Blend in some yellow paint with the primer. You'll never know the difference in primer buildup, and you'll get the yellow under-base you are looking for.
