Default Miniature Slide Hammer

Another interesting tool?

Miniature Slide Hammer.

I have been wanting to make something like this for some time, so this morning I just decided to do it.

The slide shaft is 1/4" and 10" long. I may shorten this to 8". It is threaded on each end with an 8 X 32 thread. The hammer is 3/4" od brass and weighs 2.2 ounces.
One of the brass pieces can be moved up and down the slide rod and locked down where ever needed.
This is for light weight things where a delicate touch is needed. Many types of pull, push or grab devices can be made to attach to either end.
