I've used all of the above one time or another with
no problems at all.

Default hardwood store

I buy 5 foot by 5 foot sheets of 16th and 8th Birch ply-wood for nine dollars at McBeaths Hardwoods in S.L.C. they normally cater to the cabinet makers and have a excellent selection for really good prices.
They even have rough cut balsa 4x6 boards that if I could find a way to have it cut and striped would be a really good deal. Each 4"x6" by 8 foot board is 16 dollars. That is a whole lot of sheeting material. But I don't have a good saw yet.

Look around you you should find the same kinda supplier.

later Jim

Lonestar is a excellent source for balsa and plywood. Also have used National balsa but sometimes their woods are not consistent. One order the wood looks great the next order the wood looks like s**t.
