Here are a couple of pics of a base model transmitter tray that I have constructed.

I have designed it so that both shoulder straps along with hand rest are adjustable, it is still lacking the radio lock down in which is yet to come hence; not complete. The shoulder area of the neck straps will be lined with foam rubber for a comfortable fit.

If you are interested please contact by way of PM or email.

Looks good Blackie, nice work.

I looked at one similar but I'm not a fan of the halter designs. I went with the Petal manufacturing one.

Thanks! Jim

I was not fond of the neck strap. That is why I designed the halter. This one could be converted over to a neck strap very easily though.
Which one were you referring to when you said "Petal Manufacturing"?

Building trailers, transmitter trays and the such are more of my bag over kits as I said one day I will start building my planes instead of buying them already built.

Petal Manufacturing

At least you didn't razz me for buying an ARF tray.

After reading the details on the Petal, the hand rest were left off for convenient control accessibility. That is the reason I cut the hand rest short on my tray and dropped them back from the top end of the tray.

My problem is that I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome thus the reason for the hand rest. My hands and fore arms had a tendency to go to sleep while out on the flight line.

Thanks for reminding me, Consider your self razzed.
