Any of you guys transport your planes in a Jeep Cherokee? I do and sometimes it's a hassle to get everything in in such a way that nothing comes slamming forward if I have to avoid deer. Does anyone have a carrier designed for their Jeep?

Go to your local Home depot, Lowes, etc., and get some 3/4" PVC pipe and a bunch of T's and 90 degree fittings, and some pipe insulation (all told about $15.00). Get an easy to use PVC cutter also. Go out to your Jeep and plan a rack that can be taken in and out easily. Now start cutting and fitting. See other posts for racks, do a search for "plane racks", "plane carriers", etc. This is by far the lightest, cheapest and simplest way to do what you're asking about.

Have fun
