Is there ant nice method to repair the cracked plastic canopy? I know that using CA causes foging... which I don't like.

Once a crack starts, it's just going to get bigger.
even the CA will only hold the crack for a while.
If you want it to look nice replace the canopy

Try "zapa-dapa-goo" it trys more like silicone and stays flexible
also doesn't fog near as bad a regular CA
