I needed Nazi kill markings for my 1/6th scale IMP P47. I was modeling this P47D after Francis Gabreski's P47. I couldnt make the decals or paint them myself and I wasnt going to spend an arm and a leg to have them made by someone else. So what do you do? i went online, found his actual kill markings, copied and printed them out. I cutout the main body of the killmarkings, glued them to the fuse using 3M77. Clear coated them and after they had dried, cutout the excess materials using an exacto. final cost......maybe a $1.00. Take alook. here are the before and after shots.
