Default Monocoat circle cutter

I was just in Michael's and found a great circle cutter for monocoat. it's called a compass cutter by c-thru and cuts up to 150mm circles. it looks like a cross between a micrometer and a bar compass with storage for extra blades in the head and a small disk to keep the pivot from poking thru your work...for 6 bucks, it's worth a try
