Any suggestions as to how to correct a twisted ABS Hull. I have a Billing Calypso kit with a twisted hull. I assume that with these ABS hulls, the chances of getting one that is straight is not too good. If there is a method to straighten the hull I would surely like to hear about it.

Thanks,

ir3

I would be tempted to jig the thing so that it was straight, then fill it with plaster of paris. After the plaster is set up, heat the whole assembly in the oven, so that the ABS relaxes, and takes on the shape of the plaster mold.

More than likely, once you start building, the wood will hold it in it's intended shape.
