Do the plans give you a template for the ribs? If they do these people could probably laser cut new ribs for you: http://www.precisioncutkits.com/

You could still contact prescision cut kits and see if they have the plans to cut them. When I talked to him about cutting the ribs out for a Pitts S2B, he sounded like he'd cut the plans for about anything that flys.
