I hope you didn't take my post as a flame. I don't use tower much, I use chief as much as possible.I haven't had a prob. with tower, but the customer service at chief, SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

Well keep the flames coming because theey don't bother me at all and all you flamers just piss off the others.
All the post are the same.
I delt with TH for years and blah,blah,blah.
NOW RANDALL the MIND READER!!
It wasn't a delay TH lied to me three times saying my items were shipped and they were waiting for an out of stock item to come in.
All my items were shipped today.
All they had to do was tell the truth.

[i]They don't always have what I need (wasted trip). Then, when I asked them to order it for me, they're happy to... the next time they place their order with their distributor, the following week.
9 1\2 out of 10 times, Tower has the things you need in stock.
S&H vs. my gas money and time? I figure I'm breaking even there.
To be able to make a phone call or order via website, and have the stuff delivered to my door? WITHIN DAYS?? PRICELESS!
Tower is the BEST!

WB AKA "professional Bum". I just felt obligated to defend a good company which provides a great service to modelers. I don't hate you and my post was not aimed at you. To me it appears as you have a personal problem with Tower otherwise you would have stop shopping there a long time ago.

How about that.
When the other person had problems all I head was how bad TH was.
Now that shafted me I have all you guys just come out from under your rock with a flame thrower.
I have the right to post what I want and I will continue to do so.
Seems to me that all I see here are a bunch with hearts full of hate.

Oh.....I see how it is......so YOU'RE allowed to voice your opinion, but OTHERS that have had GOOD experiences with Tower CAN'T express their opinion without making you mad........now.....who's full of hate??????

I also have never seen the same individual receive substandard service and continue to repeatedly patronize said business.. This W-Bird in case you missed it was my piont. No one forced you to order (again and again).
As far as flaming you that was not my intention. Acually if you feel that I flamed you, you should go back and reread the things that you have posted in the past your own words were the basis for my comments.

original post in this thread, it seems obvious to me the
the purpose....trolling....
Anyone who has ever dealt with Tower knows it doesn't
take 2 days to process an order, and another two days
to pack it....
I'm closing this thread....nothing productive will come
of it....sorry.....
