Default Plans for Hot wire Foam Cutter?

I want to build a CNC hot wire foam cutter?
I need inforamation.
Where can I find good plans, and parts necessary?
Anyone know of any already built machines for sell?

I've cut some wings core manually, but want to go to the next level of CNC.

Thanks for any help.

Hobbycnc.com has plans available and they sell the controllers. Here is one that I built from their plans.

Do a Google, or whatever... search for Jim Youngs' "Scale Builders Workshops".
He has videos, and free plans for a nice homemade hot wire foam cutter.
It's not CNC, but it works.[8D]

Here's Jim Young's article and video on his wire cutter. I've seen it and Jim demonstrated its use during one of our club meetings and it works extremely well and is easy to build and use. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=462759
