Default TWISTED AILERON

I have a aileron twisted on my sport flier-The aileron is built up from 1/4 inch balsa stick, about 26 inches long with a tapered trailing edge the width or chord of the aileron is between 6 inches tapered to 3 inches=How can I straighten this out? The model is covered in ultracoat and I have weighted the aileron and clamped to a flat surface and reshrunk the covering but that has not really helped that much, Your suggestions would be appreciated-thanks

G'day Mate,
You need to twist it past where it is straight, hold it there, it will have wrinkles in it, shrink them out, & see how straight it is.
You may need to do this a couple of times.
