The only thing I can think ofis to try a heat gun.
Be careful and go slow as to not melt the plastic.

Epoxy normally pops off of the nylon. Just give it a few light taps with the back end of your hobby knive and watch it start to separate. When you've got a bit of separation, slide the knife blade in, and lift the epoxy off the nylon. (Works REALLY well if the nylon has ever been exposed to fuel residue. ) you may have to slice the epoxy a bit if its continuous around the nylon, onto the firewall...

The epoxy will also pop off of the set screw, and the LG wire with a little efort. Shouldn't be a lot of trouble to get it all free again. It may be easier to work on if you dismount the nosegear blocks fromt he firewall... (if the epoxy is holding that on.. slice around and use the strut as a lever to pull t free... after the screws are out...)

Hand launch it just land hard on the nosewheel a few times.
